Return and Refund Policy
At Anon Lingerie, we have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as when you received them
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With all tags and labels intact
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Opened toys or items with broken seals, unless found to be defective
- Worn lingerie or items with damaged or removed hygiene seals, tags, or labels
- Worn hosiery or items with broken seals
- Incomplete sets if purchased as part of a set
- Earrings and pierced jewellery
- Face coverings
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Note: Faulty items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
Return Process for Faulty Items
Once we receive your parcel, it will be sent to the manufacturer for testing. If found faulty, we will either refund you or send a replacement as per your preference indicated in the return request.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the same conditions as for returns:
- In the same condition as when you received them
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With all tags and labels intact
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at anon.lingerie@outlook.com.
